I'm actually a recovered McDonaldaholic. I had an office job for a year, and I think I ate Mcdonalds three days a week, and fried chicken the other two (work)days. And I really do get this awesome, warm, fuzzy, content feeling after eating a Mcdonalds double cheeseburger, a diet coke, and as much fries as I can stuff in my mouth. Because I love salt and fat. For others it may be sugar and fat. But boy, did it affect my health. Since then, I have slowly improved my eating habits. But you know what? It's like you said before about it being hard to cook with working and all that. But it's the stress, isn't it? that makes it hard. I was never so stressed or unhappy in my life as when I worked there (it was a law firm that foreclosed on people's home, and then evicted them; I just couldn't do it). Now that I'm gone from that environment, it is much easier for me to eat a bowl of cereal, or fix a sandwich instead getting fast food. But yeah, that's crazy that lady being on steady diet of McDonalds, and lose weight. Also, I've been talking your ear off all day. Sorry to be so rambling!
