To ask me to change my mind about mass murder merely because a Dutchwoman happens to be my friend is to exert moral blackmail. It is not an argument.

Of course it isn't. It would be a very stupid thing to say, and I said no such thing.
When I said that you have insulted a whole nation, I was talking about your wish that God should strike them with fire and the plague. That's something you *should* refrain from doing because a Dutchwoman is your friend. Actually, I believe that it's something you should refrain from saying about any nation, regardless of whether any members of this nation are your friends or not. But maybe that's just me....

Answer my points or keep silent.

You could have continued this conversation with Marie in the comments to your previous post and it would have remained almost private. You chose to invite an audience by making a new post about it and bringing the matter to your friends' attention. If a member of your audience is revolted by your rudeness and decides to talk about that and not about the points you made, shouldn't you take that as a sign that you might be doing something wrong?

If you want to answer my points, do. If not, shut up.

And that was rude too.
