Dunno... Personally, I don't think she was. The leaves doesn't tell us anything other than that she was on the ground at least once during this time, and the trauma can be a result of many things. I'm sure the centaurs have some nasty magic to use on someone they don't like. In my head, JKR's centaurs doesn't come off as being sexually agressive that way.
Then again, what do I know. My knowledge of centaurs can be written on a stamp--
