running update

Astonishingly, my legs ached for two days straight after my first run. Today I finally went out again. Felt as ridiculous as ever, did not run any better, but at least I do not think that I will ache quite as long. I hope to upgrade to once a day soon.
(To be honest, what gave me the impulse to go out was being very very angry over a political issue. It helped me blow off the anger.)
