1) Good music, especially great classical music. My attitude is that it is probably possible to live for one hour without music, but why try. For the same reason,
2) singing your heart out on one of those lucky days when there really is nothing wrong with your voice
3) Walking through a London park. If there is one thing the English do really well, it is parks.
4) Almost any episode of Buffy.
5) Ice-cream, chocolate and creme caramel.
