One of the worst ideas for a romance fic I ever read

I am, as my friends know, a Harry-Ginny fan, and was so long before HBP. However, there are things one simply should not do. I just read a story in which a twelve-year-old Harry falls in love with a ten-year-old Ginny during his summer at the Burrow. Apart from the gruesome unlikelihood of that, does the writer even realize that the emotions ascribed to Harry are paedophilic?
