dreamer_marie is one of those people with whom I am unlikely to speak again. We had a fundamental clash in which I believe I was right (it was about euthanasia, one of those things in which I do not compromise), and, what is more, it is my view that her part of the quarrel amounted mainly to attempts at moral blackmail. So now I have a problem. I do not want to write anything that even sounds like I might want a reconciliation, because, until I receive an apology from her, I do not want any. On the other hand, she has written a number of fics for FA, and they are really very good indeed. It would be wrong not to rec them. She has a knack for identifying important or even pivotal points in the HP mythos and treating them well, often excellently. So I will place the rec here in my LJ, where she is not likely to ever see it. All Harry Potter fans among my readers are recommended to read her fics - http://www.fictionalley.org/authors/dreamer_marie/ - and I think you will enjoy them. I would be grateful if nobody mentioned this to her, either in personal communications or in any reviews, because when I say I want nothing to do with her until she apologizes, I mean it. A person may be able to write remarkably well and still not be the kind of person I would like to know.
