Iran does not have China as an ally As an ally, no. As a willing collaborator, supporter and arms-supplier, yes... Adding tight China-Pakistani military cooperation (with Pakistan being another potential US base for Iran operation, not to mention Afganistan), it fast becomes a quagmire :(
