I just posted a largish essay to fpb_de_fide, and made the irritating discovery that there apparently is a limit on the size of a post on LJ. This is something that I had never met before - is it another of the wonderful results of the new management? Anyway, it makes it practically impossible to publish my new fic here, since it is some 21000 words long and meant to be read in one go (just ask asakiyume. I will try to post it to FA.

Definitely should be read in one go--in fact, it compels you to read it in one go.

But perhaps jordan179's suggestion is a good way of doing it--if you post them swiftly, they'll probably appear all together on your friends' friends pages, so they'll be able to read one after the other. Better yet, once you've posted them all, put links in each portion to the previous and following portions. Then a person can click on through.

...or, just the link to FA would be good enough :-)
