The Ukraine has what must be the most beautiful President and Prime Minister in the world, to judge from TV pictures. President Viktor Yushchenko is as handsome as a golden-age Hollywood star, and in recent pictures towered over Vladimir Putin. Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko is, again to judge by TV pictures, young, blonde and as beautiful as a model.

And they hate each other - apparently, for reasons that have nothing to do with their looks.

It looks to me like his face recovered somewhat - it looks less swollen than it did then. Hey, do you suppose that Putin had him poisoned because he hated being loomed over and being made to feel balding and long-nosed?
