I don't think so. I have had no problem with the current mods, and the few dealings I have with them have always been polite. No, I guess it is just the difference between exposing my views to the already rather selected public of my LJ and placing them on general release. The saddest thing is that one of the "Christianity means anything I want it to mean" crowd was Inverarity, who is also one of the finest fanfic writers around.
