I must disagree with you on one point "fake Texas good ole boy manners learnt at Harvard" Any Harvard grad would slap you for implying they taught such things. (Or in Texan, "Them's fighting words.") The President may have learned something at Harvard (fodder for yet another debate), but he surely was not encouraged to act like a Good Old Boy. To borrow my favorite British phrase, "That's just not done." Not in the People's Republic of Cambridge.
The rest would be fun to argue over a bottle, too, but as you're even-handed with your criticism, I don't think we'd stay on topic too long.
