Bruce Springsteen is 60

He may - as I argued elsewhere - be a communist. He certainly is imbued enough with the various mythologies of people like Howard Zinn that it makes no difference whether he formally is or not. This, alas, is a feature he shares with all too many other great (and I mean great) artists of the twentieth century. His music will live when the ideology has become a joke.
