Americans, and some Californians too, have known Boxer's pretty much a lunatic for years. Still, being from California she tends to be "one of a crowd" and still gets re-elected. My money says she will never, ever give up on mankind being solely responsible for global warming. Even if tomorrow it is indisputably proven that it's not the case. She's a causehead.
