If you haven't read
inverarity's Alexandra Quick novels, you are missing a GREAT GREAT GREAT work of art. The third out of seven is almost published through, with a climax so shattering and profound as to put Deathly Hallows in the shade. If you don't read them, especially this third story (and my God, if this is what we have at number three, what will the next four ones be like?), you will be doing yourselves a major injustice, I swear it. As for me, I haven't felt such an urge to read and go on reading since JKR's originals, and before that, since Alan Moore at his best, since the early days of Chris Claremont, since Jack Kirby lived and ruled. This is history being made. Go and follow the next big thing.
