fpb...I might as well make mine clear as well. I never cross-post for any reason, because I worry about losing control of a post in different fora. What you see in LJ is very unlikely to be on Facebook (I am not on Twitter). And on the one occasion when a Facebook friend wanted to make use of an anecdote I passed on, I asked him to get in touch with the original protagonist of the anecdote and get his permission to publish it. I shall be more careful in future. I have no problem with people reprinting my views, but the views and tales of others are another matter.
