Reflections of a stormy petrel

To be honest, I had forgotten N-H N's account of becoming a ghost. I think however that Tom Riddle's soul would be so earthbound, and in particular so bound to revenge and resentment, that it would just unconsciously tie itself to this world, even when it has become impossible to do anything. He would rather brood about his hatreds, even where he cannot strike at those he hates.
