I agree. Average the two before you worry too much, then take a walk to shake off your stress. In the old days 5 miles was the difference between a good day and a bad one for me, but start with an hour and see how far you go (measuring distance and mood). Track it. If it doesn't make you feel better, walk longer. *hugs* Exercise cures everything. :)
