fpbA - Accent: In English, strong Italian accent. In Italian, weak Roman accent - infuriating, since I was born in the Milan area and only moved to Rome in my teens.
B - Breast size: How should I know? HOwever, as everyone knows, I am fat.
C - Chore you hate: all of'em.
D - Dad's name: Claudio Giuseppe Pio
E - Essential make-up item: Does this meme even take into account that there are blokes in this world? However, I do use hair conditioner and treat my hair with some care.
F - Favorite perfume: on others.
G - Gold or silver: Gold. Just for the beautiful yellow or red sheen. And gold does not tarnish or require exhausting cleaning every now and then.
H - Hometown: in my life, I moved about once every year or two... do I even have a hometown at all? I suppose I could mention one or all of the following: Monza, Milan, Rome, Oxford, London.
I - Insomnia: on occasion, especially when nervous or upset. Oddly enough, the later I go to sleep, the harder I find it to sleep.
J - Job title: Historian.
K - Kids: Women find me unattractive, so there is a certain something lacking to the equation. One two-year-old nephew who I am very fond of.
L - Living arrangements: Town that is part of Greater London. Flat over a shop.
M - Mum's birthplace: Palagiano, near Taranto, Italy.
N - Number of apples you've eaten: Dumb question or what? Millions, I imagine.
O - Overnight hospital stays: one at four when having tonsils taken out, one at sixteen or so with a broken foot, one at thirty-one when nearly dying of a virulent infection in my inner right ear. And does the time I spent in Heidelberg when my brother was in long-term care there count?
P - Phobia: dogs and heights.
R - Religious affiliation: if you don't know this by now, you haven't been reading this blog carefully.
S - Siblings: One of each sex.
T - Time you wake up: six or seven in the morning.
U - Unnatural hair colors you've worn: who, me?
V - Vegetable you refuse to eat: broccoli. I'm not overfond of aubergine either. Oh, and don't even mention beetroot in my presence.
W - Worst habit: laziness.
X - X-rays: foot, chest.
Y - Yummy foods you make: pretty damn good with everything except pizza, cakes and sweets. If anyone ever marries me, it will be for my cooking (nearly happened once!).
Z - Zodiac sign: RRROOOOARRRR! Born in the month of the Lion of the year of the Tiger.
