I'm late because I only checked DW yesterday, not LJ, but Christmastide is going to be with us for a little while yet, so Merry Christmas!
I always set up my crib at the start of Advent and I always flout convention and put the Baby in the crib right away. But the kings don't join in until 6 Jan -- I know this is inconsistent, but hey, that's just how I roll. And the whole thing, by local tradition, then stays up until Candlemas, though the rest of the Advent decorations go down after Epiphany.
