I have had a fire in the kitchen in my flat. I was not in danger, but the damage was serious, and repairing will cost me a lot of money.

Here's some advice, apparently there's this website that pays you $30,000 to write a straight out romance novel. I wish I knew the URL, but yeah, you should totally do something like that.
