A linguistics professor was lecturing to his class one day.

"In English," he said, "a double negative forms a positive. In some languages though, such as Russian, a double negative is still a negative.

However," he pointed out, "there is no language wherein a double positive can form a negative."

A voice from the back of the room piped up, "Yeah. Right."

FPB, I hope everything is going well. I thought I read that you were in the middle of a move, so I hope that means you have a permanent home now. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know I've been thinking about you.

Thank you. I am moving about Monday, as for permanent homes, I had hoped this one was it - at least for a few years. But man proposes and God disposes, says the Italian proverb.
