Wow, I couldn't read it. I got to a mention of blood and had to turn around. I can barely tolerate cartoon violence right now (literally, watching Simpsons episodes where Homer falls down, or Itchy and Scratchy fight, make me wince and feel phantom pains. I had to leave the theater in King Kong when King Kong fought the dinosaur, and other parts too).
This story seemed like a really good rec, and the first sentence was engaging, but apparently I'm a complete wuss.

Oh, I am really sorry about that. I'm afraid that rules out a good few of my own fics... I'll see if I can draw up a harmless list. How do you feel about incest and sexual perversion?

I totally can't tell if you're joking or not! Incest and sexual perversion would be more upsetting to me than violence!
