You Belong in Milan

Stylish and sophisticated, you want to enjoy a truly European life - away from tourists!
Milan fits you perfectly. Great shopping, high quality food, lots of culture... with very little hype.

...since that is where I was born!

They didn't have the city I was born in as an option (no surprise, as it probably hasn't much more than 10.000 inhabitants) and I've never been to Dublin, but it does sound nice :)

You Belong in Dublin

Friendly and down to earth, you want to enjoy Europe without snobbery or pretensions.
You're the perfect person to go wild on a pub crawl... or enjoy a quiet bike ride through the old part of town.

Dublin is simply a charming place - like an English city with all the anxiety and introversion taken out. It has a sense of spaciousness. I have only been there once, but I loved it. And it sounds just right for you.

I grew up in a small village and feel rather lost in really huge cities. They stress me out. Dublin sounds like a city after my liking. I'd love to see it one day, and as flights are getting cheaper and cheaper these days...

I am the reverse. I was born in a big city, as you know, and the only time I found myself living in a small town for a year (during my military service, long ago), I nearly went mad. Otherwise, the smallest I ever lived in was Oxford, which hardly counts, because it is intensely cosmopolitan. Each to his or her own.

You were born in Milan? I don't think I knew that. I passed through there for the first time last summer and I liked what little I had time to see.

The quiz put me in Amsterdam - I'm not sure whether or not I should be worried about that! I like the feel of the place, away from the Red Light District and Damstraat, but I know people who've found living there difficult, and on the whole somewhere a mite warmer would be nice. Ah, if only Edinburgh were in England!

To be precise, I was born in Sesto San Giovanni. But that is like saying, "I wasn't born in London, I was born in Enfield." Practically the same thing. I also spent a few of my childhood years in Monza, where the car races take place, which is actually a different entity from Milan, and also in various points on the Alps. But most of my family on both sides lived in Rome, and eventually my parents went back there. I haven't been in Milan for a long time.
