I was just stunned by quite the most vile, vulgar and nightmarish ad - surely - in the history of TV advertising, on British TV, for Lynx male perfume. If you never see it, lucky you. God almighty, is there nothing that can be done against bad taste so hideous as to be far, far beyond parody?

Does is have the tagline "How dirty boys get clean"? We've been suffering from that one for a while now.

No - I can't remember the exact words right now, but it is something about using more to get more, and it is about a huge number of girls in bikini (they must have engaged every professional model in the neighbourhood) running at this one guy who uses Lynx. Frankly, speaking as a male human being, this looks to me like a nightmare, besides being near-pornographic and using, at one point an image that was odiously like a Crucifixion.
