Go figure.

A couple of days ago I wrote a post on "gender identity problems" that dealt with serious and controversial topics. I published it both hoping for a constructive reaction and fearing the kind of misrepresentation and outright lie I have experienced before (after all, the only trans-gendered LJer known to me is a sworn enemy of mine).

I got literally no reaction at all.

Go figure.

I'm probably going to regret saying this, but...

...avoid the Christianity community like the plague. I friended it for a few days and ended up getting out in disgust. Never met so many unpleasant oddballs and fanatics in one place except for some of the more extreme left-wing environments; I suddenly have a very clear idea why so many people detest the very idea of our religion.

You've heard of bulls in china shops. Well, in the restaurant "La Divina" in San Vittore del Lazio, Italy, a dinner of lawyers who were busy setting up a professional association has been rudely broken up by a charging bull today. Nobody is quite clear why the bull broke into the shop, and we have no information as to whether the restaurant used china dishes.
