So I was driving to the store, minding my own business, and I go through that little intersection a few blocks north of my house, like always, that has a little dip in it.
Then two things happened: 1) The waters momentarily splashed over the hood of my car, and windshield, because perhaps the little dip in the intersection isn't so little after all. 2) I discovered that Hondas are submarines, because my car didn't stall during it's magical underseas adventure, it drove right through and out the other side with only a bit of a hiccup.
The same thing happened on the way home.
Oh, and I'm also a frickin idiot for driving to the store for some groceries during a flood.
You know what's wierd is that I don't live in flood country. This part of Texas never gets flooded (it's usually dry as hell). Except, apparently, now, when up is down and black is white and left is right.
