You know what's wierd is that I don't live in flood country. This part of Texas never gets flooded (it's usually dry as hell). Except, apparently, now, when up is down and black is white and left is right.

You can never be certain. Not so long ago, there was a heavy snowfall, that lay on the ground for several hours - in Sicily - in July.
