I think my heater is playing mind games with me

Last evening, in despair, I tried to start it... and it came on without the least problem. It stayed on all night, too. Which is just as well, since this was the coldest night yet, and with the heating on AND the electric heater at full power, I still woke up with a cold face and arms. Now I'm kind of waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Heaters are the work of a particularly vindictive personality. I sympathise, and can only recommend hot water bottles or electric blankets!
