Little personal triumph

I made beef in aspic today for the first time, AND it tastes great! Kind of a waste to be eating it all alone, though.

Jelly. To make a dish in aspic, make broth and then use jelly to solidify it. Of course it is not meant to be sweet, like fruit jelly, but pleasantly salty.
