I am turning into a bundle of stupid little ailments. Today was scheduled to shift around some furniture and its contents to improve my flat. I woke up with stiffneck. Stiffneck. I haven't had that since my teens, I think. And it made all the bending over and physical work very painful. I still need to do the furniture shifting, so I have been doing it slowly and carefully, because every time I awaken the demon in my neck, it is worse than being stabbed.

Careful with the Deep Heat..... Especially if you happen to find yourself playing on the wing for a rugby team. I witnessed a number of men reduced to tears as they, 'warmed their hands' waiting for the ball to reach them.....
