Two questions:
1) Why do we have to learn this from an Indian newspaper - is this not the kind of news that should have come out in the Daily Mail or the Daily Express? Are they too craven, or just not doing their jobs?
2) Why has not everyone connected with this obscenity not been sacked without compensation, pension or golden parachute of any kind, been blacklisted for any further public employment, and subjected to all too well deserved public ignominy?
