I have receive an e-mail from a site that mimics PayPal brilliantly, so that I was almost deceived - until it asked for details of my identity (date of birth, etc). If you get any unexpected "warning" from anyone about unauthorized access to your accounts, be careful. Microsoft confirmed that this was almost certainly a phishing site.

I used to get those PayPal messages frequently. I forwarded them to spoof@paypal.com. Lots of people fall for that phishing scheme, apparently.
