I've just had a very good idea for a prose novel about the Silver Angel, which I will probably never even begin. But damn it, it would be good.

I am 47 and totally unknown. Before I die, I intend to revolutionize Roman studies, deliver a considerable amount of material to other Indo-European areas, and write a culture history of the modern world. I don't have a whole lot of time.
