My last post must have done a good job of conveying my emotions, to judge by the response. I am glad of that, because the old gentleman deserves memory and honour. But two people did more than just react. The great [personal profile] kennahijja, another living example that greatness goes with humility and generosity (if not always with commonsense), took it on herself to check the academic libraries of Edinburgh and found that they may possibly have a copy of Ogam 1982-83, and offered to look for it for me if I couldn't find it elsewhere. But she probably won't have to; because [personal profile] shezan, herself French, has got in touch with friends in Brittany (she even managed to track down the article and reference I had vaguely described) and looks like she may in fact| To both of them, my heartfelt thanks.

Thank me when/if I produce something! Right now it does rely on a 22-year-old grad student...

I hope [livejournal.com profile] shezan's contact gets lucky, because as I said, I don't think it runs into the more recent years... But do yell - any excuse to haunt the library ;).
