I just saw Lucius Malfoy on TV

Perfect. Smooth silver hair, chin kept up with an astonishing arrogant air, expensive clothes, pointed face, hint of sneer. The only thing out of place was an American accent. His real-life job is chair of the company set up for the partial privatization of the London Tube - which all Londoners opposed, and which was forced on them by the Blair government, specifically by its Chancellor, a Scot who has no more to do with London than I with Johannesburg. Well, you can call it true to type, or you can call it typecast. I, for my part, just hate privatizers.

As for privitization, I'm more for that than government possession/operation (especially when you're taxed heavily to support it). Then again, I'm a conservative American who has no trust in the government.

Have you ever read Chthonia's fics? Or Hijja's? Although I suspect that Hijja's might be rather strong for you. But they both do a great super-villainous Lucius.
