I feel bad

I had food poisoning this afternoon, I suspect either from some chicken or from a mozzarella.

Probably the chicken, really easy for that to get contaminated. Never heard of getting food poisoning from cheese. (I spent my college years working in restaurants, most likely why I now have weird food phobias. LOL)

I have a suspicion you may be right. There was something vaguely weird about the chicken, although it was cooked and from the fridge, and certainly plenty of it came - shall we say - back up. On the other hand, things started going really bad after I ate the mozzarella.

The worst is over, but I still feel weak and washed out. What makes th is very irritating is that I was in the process of changing the layour of my whole flat, moving furniture and so on, and my flat now looks like a building site - and my estimate is that I won't be able to do a thing before tomorrow at least. I have suffered from this kind of thing before, but I am pretty sure that the last time was at least fifteen years ago.

Thanks, it's getting better, and I am getting plenty of naps. What is annoying is that I was busy reworking the layout of my whole flat, shifting furniture and thousands of books, and now everything is at a standstill and the place looks like a neglected building site.
