I had to look up FIFA to find out what it was, but then I never knew that 'soccer' was short for 'association football' till you mentioned it.

Account settling between gangsters. If you listen to Sepp Blatter, he even speaks like a mafioso (and I've known a few). Unfortunately he has won - out of pure impudence and nerve - but he has taken down the last few shreds of credibility of FIFA in the process, so we might still see some change.
