I am not a Czech speaker. If I hear from my half-sister (who is), I'll ask her.

I had to look it up... and then some like Bruce Charlton say Internet is a distraction!

(That's because he had an education.)

"So great a name (has) no adequate praise" or "no eulogy (would be) appropriate to (praise) ...

What?! The epitaph of Niccolò Macchiavelli?!!!

...who famously declared: "Politics have no relation to morals"?!!!

Fabiaccio, no, Say something, please, even if inadequate or inappropriate!

Talk about velvet revolutions, morality in politics, (il grande) Frank Zappa almost becoming the Minister of Culture in Czechoslovakia...

"[His] favorite album was purportedly Zappa's "Bongo Fury."

Ti prego, talk about the magic period of Prague that like Paris in the twenties attracted foreigners ('xcept instead of literary ambitions, they had entrepreneural ones).

What a guy! What a period! What happiness! One of the great countries of Europe, the capital of beer, whose greatest national hero is a fictional character...

Sbohom Vaclav! I wish a had a pair of bongos!

If a sentence is good, what does it matter who it was first used for? Heroes like Havel are indeed above praise, especially mine.
