Having been despicably excluded from FA till September for no reason that would hang a mouse, I have of course less interest in writing fics than I had when I had access to a public. However, I have decided to publish some stuff on my LJ - mainly a long chaptered fic which, because of another arbitrary decision by the lovely people who manage FA, cannot be continued there any more. It is called ...if all the heroes lose? and set in an AU featuring slightly variant versions of Buffy and the HP characters. It has three preliminary stories, which are still available on FA and which therefore I do not feel the need to publish here: Harry Potter and the Silver Angel (http://www.thedarkarts.org/authors/fpbarbieri/SA.html), A Report to the Ministry (http://www.thedarkarts.org/authors/fpbarbieri/ARTM.html), and Willow Rosenberg: the Real Story (a Quibbler World Exclusive (http://www.thedarkarts.org/authors/fpbarbieri/WRRS.html). These are not necessary to understand it, but may make the reading easier. I will start publishing ...if all the heroes lose? here tomorrow. However, I do not know whether I will ever finish it. I envisage a pretty huge piece of work, and I may run out of steam. And I think that a few fans of Buffy will not love me for what I have in mind for the story.

I am also preparing some more chaptered fics and a few stand-alones, which may see publication here or on FA.
