About the weather

I know nothing about metereology. But after this unnaturally long, unnaturally cold winter, I do have a kind of worrying feeling that something will snap back and we will suddenly have a long streak of violently high temperatures and intense humidity. I just hope I'm wrong.

Almost as if something were causing more extreme weather events......

Well, likely enough it will not happen - as I said, I know NOTHING about metereology. But I would point out that in periods which were, in geological and astronomical terms, mere dots, most of Europe was submerged by ice sheets. The last was eleven thousand years ago, I believe. And no, there were no factories at the time.

You've just described a typical year in Michigan.

I am worried about this too.
