I just get so sick of it. I have joined an HP community dedicated to crossovers, because I like HP and crossovers and thought I could get some fun. Like Hell I could. Although the community is not supposed to be dedicated to slash, literally every single story I have seen since day one is slash. It seems that people only want to cross over, say, Buffy and Harry, for the dubious pleasure of having Spike bugger Harry, or the reverse. For the love of Heaven, people, are you even capable of thinking of something above crotch level?

And they say politicians have no sense of humour

Hazel Blears' denial that she intended any criticism of Gordon Brown is the funniest thing I have seen since I don't know how long. Pure comedy gold.

(Incidentally; purely by chance, as I was listening to the latest news about the Government, I had the closing scene from DON GIOVANNI on - the entrance of the Commander's Statue and the Don's final damnation. I wonder why it felt so appropriate?)
